Tracy Frederick
Tracy was a highly successful criminal defense attorney for over twenty years- trying over 30 jury trials in both state and federal courts. She has proven herself a successful entrepreneur by running her own boutique law practice and real estate development business. Forced to reassess her priorities when her youngest son became seriously ill, she stepped away from the law and discovered life coaching. Tracy holds numerous certifications from ICF-accredited coaching programs, including certifications in success, mindset, and intelligent leadership executive coaching. She is passionate about helping high-achieving women find deep satisfaction and joy in their lives while leveling up beyond their wildest dreams. Tracy lives with her husband, three kids, and two fur babies in New Hampshire, where she spends her free time snowboarding and hiking. She has a special love for Costa Rica and is overjoyed to share this paradise with like-minded Type A women seeking more.
Lori Martin
Lori is an experienced professional in the insurance and financial services industry since 1999. She started her own agency and quickly realized her passion for empowering women through financial education. With over 20 years of experience, Lori has helped over 5000 families build financial strength and generational wealth. She is now expanding her offerings to include life coaching through Go Limitless. As a life coach, Lori prioritizes women in business and aims to help them thrive in male-dominated industries. She splits her time between Naples, Florida, and St. Louis, Missouri, with her husband, Bill. Lori is excited to help women discover their purpose and reach their full potential in beautiful and relaxing environments.
